Real Estate Investments Analyst

Our client is a Government organisation under the Ministry of Finance. It is a Government backed investment fund set up nearly 30 years ago. They were established to manage the investments of the reserves of the Sultanate of this Middle East location.

They are now looking for a Real Estates Investments Analyst to join their team.

The main focus of the role will be to research real estate sectors and seek out real estate opportunities, while assisting the Head of Real Estate Investments with preparation of business cases and presentations.

The position will involve collecting financial data, analysing market conditions and investment risks, conducting transaction analysis, preparing feasibility reports and developing real estate forecasting models.

So they need someone with experience of:

Investment banking/advisory/funds management including real estate

Analytical, financial modelling and corporate valuation capacity

Real estate and property management transactions

Contract management

Economic research
