Organisational Development Manager HR
Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a challenging, influential role in strategic management.
Our client is a leading supplier of process management solutions, predominately within the chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and pulp & paper industries. They help manage solutions to automate, control and manage complex plant processes. They both manufacture and maintain this equipment.
Your Key responsibilities will be:
Supporting the Organisation Development Director in the identification and development of leaders across the business.
Devising and implementing strategies for the identification and support of talent at lower levels within the organisation.
Working closely with the local management teams in each country to understand and evaluate the organisation development methods and tools currently being employed.
Ensuring the organisation is always up to date with details of the latest development tools becoming available, and reviewing the effectiveness of these tools.
Researching and identifying a small pool of reliable professionals who can be called upon for support in the fields of consultancy and coaching.
Developing and continually enforcing the attitude that it’s people are the organisation’s biggest asset.
The correct candidate will have:
A business oriented rather than personnel oriented HR professional.
Experience in organisation development gained within either a forward thinking business or an HR Consultancy dealing with the development and evaluation of development tools.
A culturally flexible individual, ideally with experience of working across Europe.
An open but discreet attitude to work.
High level of professionalism and credibility.
Someone who is used to the pace of a large corporate organisation.
Innovative and open-minded attitude; open to ideas and input from other people within the business.
Able to demonstrate superb communication and influencing skills.
Excellent commercial awareness.
